Client Advisor – BIM, ICT Management & Digitalisation

Hybrid, full‑time permanent, based in Aarhus.

Responsibilities

• Help the client define, structure, and implement digital requirements throughout a project lifecycle, while ensuring that ICT processes, BIM deliverables, and digital collaboration create value.
• Work closely with the client, project manager, design team and other stakeholders to establish clear frameworks for digital project execution, support high‑quality project delivery and ensure alignment with client expectations and ambitions.
• Support clients in defining and establishing their own ICT requirements, processes and governance structures within their organisation, ensuring that digital project delivery is aligned with internal workflows, responsibilities and strategic objectives.
• Advise clients in strengthening their future digital and data‑driven capabilities by recommending how data‑driven processes, digital tools can be implemented and embedded in their organisation, based on their goals and organisational context.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience within BIM, ICT Management and digitalisation, ideally including client advisory responsibilities.
• Experience supporting digital project delivery, BIM management and digital collaboration across project stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, Common Data Environments (CDEs), digital workflows and information management principles.
• Knowledge of ICT agreements and industry standards, including YBL18, YBB19 and Molio standards.
• Familiarity with tools such as Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Dalux, Navisworks and others.
• Solid planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• A proactive, curious and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to improve established ways of working and continuously develop professionally.
