You will drive technical direction, manage a talented team, and recruit top engineering talent while shaping engineering culture and processes that push the Stateful Platform forward.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• BS, MS or PhD in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in designing and building world-class software.

• Drive the technical alignment internally and with stakeholder teams.
• Be responsible for roadmap execution and delivery of projects with high quality.
