Job summary

AGC Biologics seeks a Senior Automation Engineer (PCS & CSV SME) to advance validation and support of automation systems in a regulated biopharmaceutical setting in Søborg, Copenhagen area. You will drive configuration of DeltaV/PCS7, perform CSV activity, and collaborate with stakeholders across the global AGC network.

Candidates should bring 5+ years in GMP/CSV with DeltaV, PCS7, and OT systems. Experience with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ISA 88 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of GMP/CSV and automation experience.
• Experience with DeltaV, PCS7 and CSV is highly relevant.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, ISA 88 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create batch and configuration of DeltaV and PCS7 systems.
• Perform CSV tests and protocols, compile data and validation reports.
• Oversee CSV activities from planning to completion.
• Update procedures to align with regulatory guidelines and compliance.
• Provide manufacturing support and troubleshooting of OT systems.
