The team is evolving towards an increasingly analytical and insight‑driven role, with a growing focus on turning our extensive portfolio data into decision‑relevant insights that support investment decisions, portfolio oversight and management discussions. Enabling this shift is a strong focus on automation and smarter ways of working, reducing time spent on repetitive tasks and creating more room for value‑adding analysis.
At IIP, you will join a collaborative and ambitious private equity organisation where responsibility, professional development and close collaboration go hand in hand. Our focused organisation means you will gain broad exposure across the business, work closely with experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to take responsibility, challenge existing thinking and continuously develop your capabilities.
