Job summary

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, 5+ years’ design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for client and team collaboration.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects including the development of design concepts construction documents and project schedules.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors engineers and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends advancements in technology and best practices in architecture.
