Job summary

Pharmacosmos is seeking a Principal Analytical Development Chemist to lead analytical development across a growing pipeline from early development to commercialization. You will drive method development, qualification, transfer, and stability strategies, ensuring regulatory readiness and robust control frameworks.

You will mentor teams, engage CROs/CDMOs, and collaborate with Regulatory, QA, and Drug Substance/Product leads to accelerate progress while upholding quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytical development across drug substance and product.
• Experience with method development, qualification, transfer, and stability programs.
• Understanding of regulatory CMC documentation and CRO/CDMO collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development and strategy across programs from early development to lifecycle management.
• Oversee internal and external analytical activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
