Job summary

Arla Foods is developing an AI-native NRM Commercial Intelligence Platform and seeks an AI Product Developer to shape how AI, business knowledge and enterprise data combine into intelligent workflows. You will work with stakeholders, architects and engineers to scale MVP/MLOps into production-ready AI capabilities across markets.

• Experience building AI-enabled products, applications or solutions.
• Experience with GenAI, AI agents, orchestration and modern AI development patterns.
• Experience with Specification-Driven Development (SDD) or similar approaches.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to translate commercial challenges into AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of the NRM domain and translate business opportunities into AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive Specification-Driven Development (SDD), defining AI behaviours, guardrails, evaluation criteria and success measures.
• Design and orchestrate agents, workflows and intelligent business interactions.
• Use our AI Harness to design, test, evaluate and evolve AI capabilities.
• Combine GenAI, Agentic AI, enterprise data and business processes to create scalable business value.
• Help identify and develop new AI use cases and evolve existing capabilities into production-ready solutions.

How you will make an impact

You will join a dedicated product team evolving the Net Revenue Management (NRM) Commercial Intelligence Platform and its next generation of AI-enabled capabilities. With an existing MVP, ML models and analytical capabilities in place, the focus is now on scaling these into an AI-native product across new business use cases and markets. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, data specialists and engineers, you will

• Experience translating requirements into specifications and executable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Product thinking and a pragmatic approach to creating business value.
• Trackrecord of working with agentic AI developing software

It is an advantage if you also have experience with

• Machine Learning and MLOps.
• Azure, Python and TypeScript.
• Databricks, MLflow, Azure ML or similar platforms.
• RAG, AI agents and orchestration patterns.
• AI monitoring and evaluation.
• Retail, Commercial Intelligence, Revenue Growth Management or Net Revenue Management.
