Job summary

Bang & Olufsen in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, is seeking a Senior DevOps & Developer Productivity Engineer to shape the platforms, pipelines and tools behind our software development process. You will remove everyday friction, improve the developer experience and collaborate with engineering teams to explore where AI-enabled practices can make a practical difference.

In this role you will design, build and maintain CI/CD platforms, drive IaC maturity with Terraform, and act as a technical sparring

Qualifications

Extensive experience with DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE.
Hands-on with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Strong Terraform and infrastructure as code experience.
Experience in cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
Scripting and automation in Python or Bash.
Linux-based environment experience.
Experience adopting AI-assisted development tools within engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD platforms and pipelines.
Partner with engineering teams to improve reliability, quality, and delivery speed.
Drive infrastructure-as-code practices and cloud platform maturity.
Establish sustainable DevOps practices and reduce bottlenecks.
Explore and implement developer productivity improvements, including AI workflows.
Act as a technical sparring partner for DevOps and platform initiatives.
Improve how we build, test, release, and operate software across Embedded Software, Cloud, and App development.
