Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet in Soborg, Denmark is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead key accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination and control activities for Danish entities. The role supports US GAAP and local GAAP reporting and collaborates with local, regional and global stakeholders.

You will drive process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement within the Finance organisation, maintain a strong control environment including SOX, and partner

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or statutory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements and regulatory filings across Danish entities.
• Manage VAT, tax, payroll accounting and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis to stakeholders.
• Execute US GAAP month-end close and reconciliations to local GAAP.
• Maintain SOX controls and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support revenue accounting, system reconciliations and controls.
• Provide accounting guidance on transactions and regulatory changes.
• Drive finance transformation and process automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, FP&A, Tax and teams.
