Job summary

Oresund Pharma ApS, based in København, seeks an experienced Finance professional to manage bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable and month-end activities in a fast-growing European scale-up. You will ensure accurate financial data, strong controls and smooth day-to-day operations, reporting to the Head of Finance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in bookkeeping, AP, AR and month-end accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Experience with invoice processing, payments and reconciliations
• Excellent Excel skills and comfort with financial data
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Good written and verbal communication in Danish and English

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
• Process and post supplier invoices with correct coding and documentation
• Prepare payment runs and supporting documentation
• Process employee expenses, credit card transactions and other expense activities
• Ensure timely and accurate registration of financial data in the ERP system
• Manage Accounts Payable and support customer invoicing and receivable follow-up
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist month-end close processes
• Help maintain VAT documentation and financial master data
