Job summary

WealthGuard USA is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented part-time Accountant in Aarhus, Denmark. The role focuses on managing payables/receivables, processing invoices, and monthly financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks or SAP and strong GAAP knowledge. English fluency is required; Danish is a plus. Accommodation and visa/ticket support are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and statements on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information for reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and company policies.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
