Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant restaurant experience.
• Experience with breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner service.
• Skills in preparation of meat on fire grill.
• Knowledge of meat grades and meat quality.
• Experience with international food, mostly European and Oriental cuisine.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive, reliable attitude.
