Job summary

RetailHub Sourcing in Roskilde, Denmark is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. You will construct, install and repair wooden structures and fixtures, reading blueprints and working with hand and power tools.

Requirements include at least 3 years in carpentry, ability to read drawings, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. English and Danish language skills are preferred; accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years carpentry experience
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings/specifications
• Proficient carpentry techniques including measuring and shaping

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine requirements
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials based on blueprints or drawings
• Cut, shape and smooth materials using hand or power tools
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, trim, doors
• Inspect surrounding structures to identify issues affecting construction
• Estimate materials required for projects and order accordingly
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
