Grundfos seeks a Scrum Master for its Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Program to transform our MES core solutions delivery team from project execution into a stable operations setup. As our new Scrum Master – Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Program, you will be leading the transformation of our MES core solutions delivery team from project execution into a stable operations setup — facilitating agile ways of working across a diverse mix of business, IT and software development specialists delivering advanced manufacturing capabilities to Grundfos production sites worldwide.
As a key part of the MES Program Core teams, you'll create impact on the transition from project to run organization and focus on delivering new features by separating operational and support tasks to a new MES Operation and Support team.
