Job summary

TetraScience is seeking a product-minded, outcome-obsessed driver of technical scientific solutions. You will partner with scientists, product managers, and engineers to industrialize Scientific AI, traveling up to 25% to engage with customers and understand data challenges.

The role focuses on designing extensible data models, implementing Python-based parsers, and integrating lab software via APIs. You will collaborate across SBAs, scientists, and applied AI engineers to deploy sophisticated

Qualifications

• PhD with +4 years or Masters with +8 years in life sciences and domain knowledge in drug discovery or related areas.
• Proven track record defining, prototyping, and implementing AI/ML use cases in cloud environments.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, software engineers and scientific stakeholders.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical team member in a partnership to industrialize Scientific AI and travel up to 25%.
• Design and implement extensible data models for scientific data and use cases.
• Translate scientific workflows into robust solutions on the Tetra Data Platform.
• Own and prototype data models, Python parsers, and API integrations with lab software.
• Collaborate with SBAs, customer scientists and AI engineers to deploy models.
• Demonstrate progress and deliver demos to customer stakeholders.
