Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a dynamic Trade Activation Specialist, Scandinavia, to drive fragrance and beauty visibility across Denmark, Norway and Sweden. This 12-month maternity cover combines digital and physical retail activation, including e-wholesalers and e-commerce platforms, translating global strategies into impactful retailer plans.

Qualifications

Higher education degree and 3+ years in trade marketing.
Experience in e-commerce or luxury/Fragrance & Beauty is a strong advantage.
Strong project-management and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Translate global CHANEL strategies into retailer-specific trade plans for Scandinavia.
Lead in-store and online trade plan execution with key retail partners.
Manage budgets and coordinate with Sales, Product, Supply, Digital and Visual Merchandising teams.
Monitor performance with KPIs and share insights with regional and global teams.
Develop in-store animation and POS materials with internal teams and suppliers.
