Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP RTR Solution Architect to join a greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation programme in Denmark. Hybrid contract roles require pharma experience.

You will own end-to-end SAP RTR architecture, design best-practice finance processes, and lead governance across business and IT to ensure successful delivery. The engagement spans 6-12 months with international teams and a focus on record to report processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as SAP S/4HANA RTR Solution Architect.
• Proven success delivering greenfield S/4HANA transformations.
• Pharma/Life Sciences industry experience required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in large, international transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP RTR Solution Architect to join a greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation programme for a leading pharmaceutical organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SAP RTR solution architecture across the S/4HANA transformation.
• Define and design best-practice finance processes covering GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Closing and Reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions and ensure integration with other SAP/non-SAP functions.
• Lead solution design, architecture decisions and stakeholder alignment across business and IT.
• Support design governance, implementation and deployment activities.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as an SAP S/4HANA RTR Solution Architect.
• Proven track record delivering greenfield S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance/RTR processes and integration.
• Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large, complex international transformation programmes.
