Founded in 2015, they are a Customer Service Platform combining several channels into one. They are channel agnostic using one UI. Main goal is to have a human focus, helping clients deliver the best customer service experience reducing/avoiding tickets.
Series C, raising $160 mio over the years, they have grown to a company with 150 employees. Mostly focusing on Europe, but also a smaller team in the US. 2022 was a year of restructure and now they are close to going break even.
Roles, Background, and Fit
To thrive in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position (e.g., telemarketing, SDR, door-to-door sales, or similar roles), and be fluent in Dutch to effectively engage with the Dutch market.
The ideal candidate will be:
Your targets will be 20 held meetings per quarter. To achieve this, on average, it takes about 200 activities per week (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach). The company provides several systems to help you: Outreach.io, Lusha, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Navigator.
The role is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely. Onboarding consists of 2 intense weeks of training, followed by continuous learning as you go.
Career path: SDR → Sr. SDR → AE/AM. Normally, it takes 6 months of hitting targets to be eligible for a promotion, and most hiring happens from within.
