Job summary

VF Corporation is launching a brand-new multibrand store at Copenhagen Airport, featuring The North Face, Timberland, Napapijri, Icebreaker, Altra Running and more. We are hiring Sales Associates to deliver first-class service in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will share product knowledge, maintain brand standards, and support stock, replenishment, and POS tasks. English and Danish or Swedish are required; retail experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Fluent in English and Danish or Swedish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

About the role

Our Sales Associates play a key role in bringing our brands to life. Working in a dynamic airport environment, you will provide exceptional service, share product expertise, and help maintain the highest brand standards throughout the store.

How you will make a difference

• Delivering first-class service to travelers from all over the world
• Confidently explaining the features and benefits of products across multiple VF brands
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
• Supporting operational tasks including replenishment, stockroom organization, and POS
• Understanding brand positioning and current trends
• Ensuring compliance with store procedures and airport requirements

What makes you the perfect fit?

• You speak English and Danish or Swedish
• You genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and offering support with a friendly, positive attitude
• You are proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• You have an interest in lifestyle, outdoor, fashion, and performance brands
• Additional language skills are a plus in an international airport setting
• Retail experience is appreciated but not essential — your attitude matters most
