Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives in SaaS, turning strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and rapid production deployment.

You will architect scalable solutions, drive milestones, and position the team for rapid growth and a potential spin-off, with remote or relocation options across Europe or the Americas.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
