Job summary

EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge initiatives and is seeking exceptional operators to join a new department. You will lead and translate strategic vision into rapid, production-ready roadmaps, building scalable systems with high autonomy.

You will work in a high-growth environment with direct collaboration to founders and a world-class team, with equity upside and flexible arrangements for relocation or remote work across Europe or the Americas.

Qualifications

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as B2B.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.
