Job summary

Orifarm in Odense, Denmark, is looking for an S&OP Specialist focusing on Local Reviews & Data Analysis to strengthen our supply planning and analytics capabilities. You will prepare and drive monthly S&OP reviews, collaborate with local sales markets and operations, and translate data into actionable plans that balance demand and supply.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with S&OP processes including facilitation of cross-functional reviews.
Ability to translate data and insights into actionable business impact.
Strong communication to support informed decision-making across functions.

Responsibilities

Prepare, facilitate, and drive monthly S&OP reviews with strong stakeholder involvement.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data, analyze trends, and present insights.
Develop and increase content and interaction during local S&OP Reviews.
Support S&OP and local teams in prioritizing demand and supply and turning them into plans.
Use analytical skills to drive process improvements and strategic insights.
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and present findings.
Drive the implementation and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
