Teradyne Robotics is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of a strategic robotics product platform or business program. You will lead a cross-functional team and establish execution discipline across management, hardware, software and compliance.

You will drive integrated planning, risk management, and timely delivery, coordinating with product management, hardware, software, operations and regulatory functions. Local candidates only; sponsorship not available.

Competenze

• Ownership of fast-paced, complex, cross-functional product-development programs with significant hardware, software and functional-safety content.
• Integrated planning, critical-path management, risk and issue control, resource planning and recovery execution.
• Experience across development, validation, industrialization and product release, ideally in robotics, mechatronics or a similar hardware and software environment.
• Ability to influence senior technical and functional stakeholders, build accountability without formal authority and communicate with management in a concise, transparent and recommendation-oriented way.
• Hands-on mindset: take ownership, stay close to the work and remove obstacles to realization of the project.
• Constructive directness, sound judgment under pressure and persistence when priorities shift.

Mansioni

• Create and own the integrated program plan, baseline, milestones, and recovery actions from scope definition through development and handover.
• Build a cohesive cross-functional team across product management, hardware, software, operations, sourcing, quality, and regulatory functions.
• Lead planning with hardware engineering and safety/compliance, guiding interfaces, decisions and follow-through.
• Establish credible commitments and consciously decide changes to scope, timing or resources.
• Maintain a transparent view of schedule, risks and dependencies; communicate trade-offs and consequences.
• Drive root-cause problem solving and bring the right experts together for durable resolutions.
