Robotics Engineer – DIS SYSTEMS

When robot solutions, automation systems, and specialized machinery need to be programmed, tested, commissioned, and handed over, are you the one who wants to get it right?

As our new Robotics Engineer, you will help shape how DIS Systems works with automation, commissioning, and project execution going forward. Your work will influence the standards, routines, and technical decisions that turn custom machinery into solutions customers can rely on.

This is a key role because you will be close to the programming, testing, and commissioning of robots for our bespoke machinery. We already have the projects, the experience, and the customer trust. Now we are setting the standards for how DIS Systems works with automation, and this role is central to that.

The position is based at our office in Stilling, near Skanderborg, Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in small and large development projects focused on machine building and specialized machinery
• Take responsibility for project implementation in close collaboration with our customers
• Work independently or in teams, primarily based at our office, with opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues
• Work on site with customers when the project requires it, including travel outside Denmark in connection with installation, commissioning, and project follow‑up

Qualifications

We imagine that you have a relevant engineering degree and a few years of experience in Robotics Engineering, preferably a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

It is essential that you have practical experience in developing, programming, and commissioning machines and automation systems, along with a keen interest in specialized machinery.

Requirements

• Experience with KUKA, FANUC, or ABB robot programming and commissioning
• Experience with or knowledge of Siemens or Rockwell PLC systems in combination with robots
• Testing and commissioning of machinery and process plants

You are passionate about your field and keep up to date with technical developments, especially within the design, development, and maintenance of machinery and automation solutions. You value high quality work and professionalism, making you a strong partner for colleagues and customers.
