Nike Inc is seeking a Specialist II, Retail Marketing, EKIN, Northern Europe, based in Denmark. You will lead education and engagement plans for Running and Fitness, delivering training experiences to store staff and wholesale partners to energise the marketplace.

You will regularly travel across Northern Europe, building relationships with stores and communities, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to realise Nike’s Running vision across the region.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for Nike brand, mission, and innovation.
• Passion for sport, especially Running and Fitness.
• Experience delivering product training with focus on innovation.
• Strong communicator with ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in training delivery, project management, and digital content creation.
• Understanding of Northern Europe consumer and marketplace insights.
• Willing to travel regularly across Northern Europe; flexible to locations.
• Based in Denmark with ability to work across locations.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsabilités

• You will be on the ground, prioritising the Running and Fitness consumer and fields of play, taking a 365 approach to building connection and community across the Northern Europe marketplace.
• Regularly visit Nike Direct stores, wholesale partners and communities, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Delivering all seasonal and 365 education and engagement plans for Running and Fitness.
• Delivering engaging training experiences to upskill and inspire retail employees across the marketplace, including Nike Direct and wholesale partners, on Nike’s mission, brand and innovation.
• Delivering interactive experiences including store visits, product clinics, trials and brand activations.
• Partnering with the Northern Europe Marketing team to help deliver Nike’s brand and business objectives across the marketplace.
