Job summary

The LEGO Group in Copenhagen seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead our digital Retail Execution capabilities, partnering with LEGO Retail, Product Development, Finance, Sales & Marketing to elevate in-store execution and protect the LEGO brand. You will define vision, roadmap, and quarterly objectives, drive end-to-end delivery, incorporate usability studies, and foster a continuous delivery culture.

Occasional international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital or retail product teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, marketing and finance.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for Retail Execution.
• Lead discovery and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from ideation to production and release.
• Integrate usability research to improve customer experience.
• Maintain a backlog 3–4 sprints ahead and ensure clear priorities.
• Promote continuous delivery and risk mitigation in product development.
