Job summary

DTU Lyngby Campus is seeking an AC Bachelor to contribute to the development and implementation of a computer-controlled measurement interface for research applications. You will work closely with researchers and technical specialists to support the establishment of a new experimental setup, combining technical development with analytical and project-oriented tasks.

You will work 10 hours per week on a 1-year fixed-term contract starting September 1, 2026, at DTU Lyngby Campus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree within Physics, Engineering, Electronics, Photonics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of optics, electronics, and computer-controlled measurement systems.
  • Experience with programming and hardware-software integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and programming interfaces for measurement and laboratory equipment.
  • Testing, validating, and documenting system solutions and experimental setups.
  • Analyzing measurement results and supporting optimization of technical workflows.
  • Coordinating activities related to setup and operation of research experiments.
  • Collaborating with researchers to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
  • Contributing to project planning, reporting, and technical documentation.
