Job summary

DTU Lyngby Campus is seeking an AC Bachelor to contribute to the development and implementation of a computer-controlled measurement interface for research applications. You will work closely with researchers and technical specialists to support the establishment of a new experimental setup, combining technical development with analytical and project-oriented tasks.

You will work 10 hours per week on a 1-year fixed-term contract starting September 1, 2026, at DTU Lyngby Campus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree within Physics, Engineering, Electronics, Photonics, Computer Science, or related field.
Knowledge of optics, electronics, and computer-controlled measurement systems.
Experience with programming and hardware-software integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Developing and programming interfaces for measurement and laboratory equipment.
Testing, validating, and documenting system solutions and experimental setups.
Analyzing measurement results and supporting optimization of technical workflows.
Coordinating activities related to setup and operation of research experiments.
Collaborating with researchers to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
Contributing to project planning, reporting, and technical documentation.
