Job summary

DTU Lyngby Campus is seeking a motivated AC Bachelor to contribute to the development and implementation of a computer-controlled measurement interface for research applications. You will work with researchers to establish a new experimental setup, blending technical development with analytical and project tasks.

Responsibilities include interfacing with lab equipment, testing and documenting solutions, analyzing results, and supporting workflow optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and solid technical foundation.
  • Knowledge of optics, electronics, and computer-controlled measurement systems.
  • Experience with programming and hardware–software integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and programming interfaces for measurement and laboratory equipment.
  • Testing, validating, and documenting system solutions and experimental setups.
  • Analyzing measurement results and supporting optimization of technical workflows.
  • Coordinating activities related to setup and operation of research experiments.
  • Collaborating with researchers to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
  • Contributing to project planning, reporting, and technical documentation.
