Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners is seeking an Analyst (Student Assistant) for their Valuation team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The role involves analysis, reporting and optimisation of investments across energy infrastructure assets.

The position is part-time with flexible hours and a focus on building a commercial and contractual understanding of renewables and infrastructure. You will work with an international team, applying Excel, data handling and financial modelling skills, with Python/VBA

Qualifications

• 3rd-year BSc or 1st-year MSc student in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or Data Science.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills with VBA/Python beneficial.
• Interest in automating manual tasks and improving efficiency.
• Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and financial modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, reporting and optimisation of CIP investments globally.
• Assist in valuation methodologies, discount rates and model assumption reviews.
• Contribute to financial modelling and performance communication across teams.
