Qualifications

• Native language proficiency in your primary language; understand cultural and emotional tone.
• English proficiency: Basic (B1) English to read project guides and safety rules.
• Empathy and logic: able to understand how people feel and spot risks.

Responsibilities

• Safety Reviews: Review content flagged as potentially risky and decide if it follows safety rules.
• Behavior Analysis: Assess AI interactions for biased or unfair behavior.
• Risk Reporting: Identify gray areas where AI might give bad advice and suggest safer responses.
• Mental Health Awareness: Use your degree to ensure AI handles sensitive topics with care.
