Job summary

Ethos is seeking Medical Science Liaisons to train AI models on professional presentation tasks. Must have 4+ years in medical affairs at pharma/biotech, with excellence in PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship. This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week and starts ASAP.

Responsibilities include creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated scientific presentations for external and internal audiences, ensuring compliance and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (scientific presentation decks, KOL engagement slides, advisory board materials, medical education content, congress data readout presentations, evidence summary slides).
• Ensure presentations meet compliance and audience needs across internal and external stakeholders.
