Job summary

Ethos, a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind backed expert network, seeks experienced heads of medical affairs from pharma/biotech to help train an AI model on professional presentations.

Role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated slide decks across scientific decks, KOL slides, advisory boards, medical education content, congress readouts, and evidence summaries. Flexible, fully remote, 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
