YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI training and review of accounting outputs. This remote, contractor role focuses on evaluating journal entries, financial statements, and month-end activities across major ERP platforms. Prior AI training or data evaluation experience is required.

You will work independently, ensuring accuracy and consistency while contributing actionable feedback for model improvement. Flexible scheduling offered to fit project timelines.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with financial reporting and close processes.
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling, or rubric-based grading is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 or above).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and misstatements; provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess financial workflows and system logic across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
