Lever, Inc. is sourcing a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Dutch) – Freelance AI Trainer for a Denmark-based project, partnering with a specialist team to evaluate and improve AI-driven software engineering tasks.

You will assess model reasoning, programming correctness, and language usage in Dutch while documenting findings and recommendations for ongoing model improvement. The role offers flexible remote contract work for technically skilled professionals who enjoy complex problem analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong professional coding or software engineering expertise.
• Fluent Dutch language skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical subjects.
• Experience with topics such as asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, object-oriented programming, secure coding, or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks and coding challenges in Dutch.
• Evaluate model responses for logical accuracy, technical correctness, coding quality, and best practices.
• Assess AI performance across algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Challenge models with topics including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, OOP, secure coding, and distributed systems debugging.
• Verify naturalness, fluency, and correctness of Dutch usage in technical interactions.
• Identify and document model failure modes with detail for analysis.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning, coding performance, and evaluation methodologies.
• Explain technical reasoning clearly and demonstrate analytical process.
