Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Denmark seeks an experienced Associate Manager to lead the Deviation Handling Team within Drug Product & Finished Goods. You will balance people leadership with hands-on investigations, serving as a bridge between production, quality, and external stakeholders to ensure thorough root cause analyses and effective CAPAs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or related scientific discipline.
• Pharma Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Deviation Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience tracking, investigating, and closing complex deviations and non-conformances.
• Proven Leadership: At least 3 years in a management/supervisory/lead role with a track record of high-performing teams.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with external customers and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop investigators and drive continuous improvement.
• Problem Solving: Lead high-severity, complex deviations to root cause using systematic methods.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Engineering, and Science to implement robust CAPAs.
• Customer & Auditor Relations: Be primary contact for deviation-related inquiries and support audits.
