Job summary

Fujifilm Biotechnologies Denmark seeks an Associate Manager to lead the Deviation Handling Team in Drug Product and Finished Goods. You will balance people leadership with hands-on investigations, guiding root-cause analyses and ensuring effective CAPAs while coordinating with production, quality, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership in a management or team lead role.
• Strong verbal and written communication for external customers/auditors.
• Ability to manage high-pressure investigations and CAPA activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Deviation Handling Team in drug product and finished goods.
• Directly investigate high-severity deviations and ensure robust root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Science to implement CAPAs.
• Serve as primary contact for deviation-related customer queries and audit presentations.
