Anyone AI is seeking Civil Engineering Experts to design realistic tasks for evaluating advanced AI agents. This remote, part-time role focuses on cost estimating, quantity surveying, tender preparation, and technical document review for construction projects.

You will interpret specifications and drawings, prepare budgets, verify takeoffs, and create traceable reference solutions with justified assumptions. Immediate start, 20 hours/week, US$30–60/hour.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, tender prep, or technical project review.
• Ability to interpret construction specs, drawings, bills of quantities and contractual requirements.
• Knowledge of methods, materials and building systems across trades.
• Proficiency with Excel and budget reconciliation; comfortable with long PDFs.

Responsabilidades

• Design realistic civil engineering tasks based on construction workflows.
• Interpret tender documents, specs, drawings, schedules and pricing data.
• Prepare and verify cost estimates, quantity takeoffs and project budgets.
• Match work to pricing entries with accurate unit conversions.
• Identify conflicts, missing info, duplicates, and clarifications needed; document implications.
• Create reference solutions with traceable calculations and cited sources.
• Review AI outputs and verify reference answers for accuracy.
• Collaborate with contributors to define reproducible tasks and evaluation criteria.
