• Native or near-native fluency in English with strong written and reading comprehension.
• Based in Slovenia and able to participate in remote, digitally delivered projects.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, digital tools, and web-based workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or subtle differences in content.
• Curious about technology, AI, language, digital content, and emerging AI applications.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply project guidelines consistently and accurately.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, especially when evaluating content or AI outputs.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a flexible remote environment.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently and respect project quality/timeline requirements.
• Linguistic, cultural, technical, research, content, or AI-related experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI training projects by annotating or labeling content per project guidelines.
• Evaluate search results, ads, chatbot responses, or AI-generated content for quality and relevance.
• Create, review, and test prompts to improve AI model performance and reliability.
• Assess content for linguistic, cultural, contextual, or industry-specific accuracy for diverse audiences.
• Follow project-specific instructions and quality standards with high attention to detail.
• Use digital platforms and tools to complete tasks, provide structured feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Adapt to different project scopes and levels of complexity, from short tasks to multi-week engagements.
• Review project information before starting and decide on availability and participation.
