Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of radio equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift heavy equipment if needed.
