Job summary

IFF Campus Brabrand seeks an experienced R&D Data and Process Lead to orchestrate the information architecture for our global innovation network. You will map data flows, define standards, and govern data across R&D, Analysis, and Applications, ensuring tools and systems are interconnected and sustainable.

You will partner with scientists, application specialists, IT, and business stakeholders to simplify workflows, reduce duplication, and deliver end‑to‑end data solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Information Science or a related field.
• Several years of experience with business systems and data management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the information architecture for R&D, Analysis, and Applications.
• Document data flows and governance across innovation workflows.
• Collaborate with scientists, IT, and stakeholders to improve data products.
• Evaluate tools and ensure alignment with architectural principles.
• Create training materials and guidance to increase adoption of standards.
• Partner with IT on requirements and project coordination.
