Job summary

IFF Campus Brabrand is seeking an R&D Data and Process Lead to create and own a unified vision of our R&D data, systems, integrations, and digital workflows. You will simplify workflows, improve data quality, reduce duplication, and connect tools across the global innovation community.

You will partner with IT to ensure architectural alignment and governance. As a hands-on role, you will deliver end-to-end data solutions, mentor teams, and help sustain a coherent information landscape that

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Science, Data Science, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience with business systems, information management, digital transformation, and data governance.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business and scientific audiences.
• Strong documentation of processes, systems, workflows, and information structures.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in business or technical environments.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the information architecture for R&D, Analysis, and Applications.
• Create an overview of R&D systems, tools, integrations, and data flows.
• Document data creation, usage, sharing, and governance across workflows.
• Establish metadata standards and information management practices.
• Collaborate with scientists to identify data product opportunities that add value.
• Support digital and IT projects by defining requirements and coordinating stakeholders.
• Ensure architectural alignment with IT and cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate new tools to fit within the R&D digital ecosystem.
• Monitor adherence to standards and promote best practices for data management.
• Create training and communication materials to boost adoption.
• Bridge food scientists, stakeholders, and IT teams; maintain system inventories and roadmaps.
