Job summary

TrackMan is seeking a Quality Engineer to own the quality of our Indoor Golf simulator experiences, focusing on hardware-centric components such as moving floors, screens, and impact systems. You’ll shape test strategies with the Product Owner and QA leadership, ensuring stability, performance and real-world reliability.

You will guide a Student Tester, perform hands-on testing, analyze telemetry, and collaborate across TrackMan Performance Studio and Virtual Golf teams to align releases with

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in QA, QE, or system-level testing roles.
  • Strong understanding of risk-based and exploratory testing.
  • Experience testing hardware-integrated systems or physical-digital products.
  • Solid Python skills for tooling, automation, or data analysis.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting telemetry or performance metrics.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, boards, repos, test plans).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new hardware and system components.

Responsibilities

  • Own the quality of simulator-related hardware components, including moving floors, screens, impact systems, and upcoming innovations.
  • Validate system behaviour end-to-end, ensuring stable performance across hardware and software touchpoints.
  • Drive risk-based and exploratory testing with a strong focus on real-world simulator usage.
