Bavarian Nordic is seeking a Manager, QC Material Receipt to lead the Material Receipt team and ensure timely, compliant handling of QC samples and raw materials. You will connect manufacturing with QC laboratories, maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance across the lifecycle.

You will plan priorities with changing manufacturing needs, ensure the team has the right competencies and resources, and contribute to digitalisation and operational excellence within an international vaccine

Qualifications

• Leads a team responsible for QC Material Receipt activities.
• Ensures compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates across QC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and QA to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Material Receipt team with clear directions and priorities.
• Oversee daily Material Receipt operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain data integrity and inspection readiness across the area.
• Own continuous improvement of the Material Receipt process and documentation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration using data and digital tools.
