Job summary

CSK Steel A/S is seeking a QA Manager to lead quality across projects, production, and assembly in a Denmark or Finland on-site setting. You will work independently, be quality-driven, and collaborate with project managers, customers, and partners to deliver top quality results.

Qualifications

• Technically sharp with QA focus.
• Training in QA or similar areas.
• Knowledge of steel, welding, painting and assembly.
• Knowledge of certifications (ISO9001, EN1090, DS1140).
• Experience with audits, quality management systems and process optimization.
• Good analytical skills and deviation management.
• Fluent in English; Danish for Denmark or Finnish for Finland.
• MS Office experience; ERP knowledge preferred.

Do you want a central role in a company where quality is a crucial part of success? Then you maybe are our new QA Manager.

CSK Steel is looking for an experienced and committed QA Manager for a permanent position based in either Denmark or Finland on site. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and strengthening our quality work across projects, production and assembly activities in an international environment.

At CSK, we are specialists in all types of steel structures, regardless of whether they are large or small constructions. We are involved from the idea is born until the steel structure is in place. We contribute with consulting, design, construction, production and finally, of course, the final assembly.

As part of our QA Team, you will have a central role in relation to the work with specific projects. You help ensure that all quality requirements are met from the start of the project to the end of it.

The job

• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and standards in the field
• Developing, implementing and maintaining CSK Steel's QA programs
• Solid experience in working with steel, including inspection, material understanding and relevant standards
• You ensure that the quality is top notch both internally and externally on the project
• Support training/education on the construction site of our employees in safety from A-Z
• Support CSK's project managers and customers in various relevant tasks on the construction site

You are quality-conscious, structured and thrive on creating results through systematic processes. You have a keen eye for detail, but at the same time manage to see the big picture and translate quality requirements into practical solutions.

You work independently, take responsibility and have good collaboration skills. At the same time, you are motivated by being visible in the organization and creating value in collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners.

Professional qualifications

• Technically sharp
• Relevant training in QA or similar areas
• Preferably knowledge of steel, welding, painting and assembly
• Knowledge of certifications (e.g. ISO9001, EN1090, DS1140)
• Experience with audits, quality management systems and process optimization
• Good analytical skills and experience with deviation treatment and improvement work
• Fluent in written and spoken English, and preferably Danish for the job in Denmark, and Finnish for the job in Finland
• Competent IT user within MS Office and preferably supplemented with knowledge of ERP or quality systems.
