Are you passionate about software quality and test automation—and ready to help establish practical QA guardrails for how AI is used, while validating AI‑generated results?

You will be embedded in a development area while collaborating closely with the QA Lead and other QA colleagues across teams to evolve shared QA standards and practices that support responsible and consistent AI‑first development.
Must‑have experience
AI‑first does not mean AI‑unquestioned.
AI is the default approach, but humans still own judgment, validation, and risk decisions. QA ensures AI output is challenged, validated, and applied responsibly as our AI‑first practices evolve.
We work in a distributed setup across Denmark and Poland, collaborating closely with our product and development teams through regular alignment and shared ownership of quality and outcomes. We follow a 3–2 work model, combining three days of on‑site collaboration with two days of focused, optional remote work.
If you’re ready to make a real impact and help our teams deliver high‑quality software with confidence, we’d be happy to hear from you.
