Avance Consulting in Aarhus seeks a Python Developer (Backend & Infrastructure) to support two infra changes in the NDT platform: migrating the data layer from blob storage to a structured database and moving model inference from Databricks to a Kubernetes GPU cluster. The role collaborates with the team to design and drive migrations end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Deep Python expertise with production-grade services.
• Strong REST/FastAPI experience, including routing and design.
• Experience designing backend infra with Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Drive migration of the data layer from blob storage to a structured store.
• Specify data and compute infra for provisioning; work with teams.
• Move model inference from Databricks to Kubernetes GPU cluster.
• Improve compute performance through better scaling and resource use.
• Document architectural decisions for future maintainers.
