Job summary

Fertin Pharma Group is seeking a Project Manager to drive consumer health products from customer brief through concept development to global product launch. You will work across R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and value creation for customers.

In this role you will translate briefs into clear project plans, manage multiple concurrent projects, identify risks, and help shape project management processes while fostering a strong on-site team

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to create structure in undefined environments.
• Hands-on execution and coordination.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
• PM certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Nutra business and play a central role in bringing innovative consumer health products from concept to market. About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross‑functional projects from customer brief and concept development through implementation and launch. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial functions, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully and create value for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Several years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, consumer health, pharma, life sciences, FMCG, or other regulated industries.
• Fluent in English & Danish.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
