Job summary

Fertin Pharma Group is seeking a Project Manager to drive consumer health products from customer brief through concept development to global product launch. You will work across R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and value creation for customers.

In this role you will translate briefs into clear project plans, manage multiple concurrent projects, identify risks, and help shape project management processes while fostering a strong on-site team

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to create structure in undefined environments.
• Hands-on execution and coordination.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
• PM certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive multiple cross-functional development and customer projects simultaneously.
• Translate customer briefs and business needs into clear project plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders across R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and external partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed objectives.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and drive mitigation activities.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Contribute to developing and improving project management processes and ways of working.
• Support the creation of a strong collaborative project culture where success is achieved together.
