Job summary

A consulting firm in energy transformation is seeking a Project Manager EIE to lead project realization in high-voltage distribution. Ideal candidates will have a Master's in Electromechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in electricity distribution. • You will become end-to-end responsible for project realization, ensuring successful outcomes even after project completion.
• You will gain in-depth knowledge of the high-voltage distribution system within the organization and implement necessary actions.
• You will actively contribute to Demand Side Response needs, playing a critical role in energy efficiency initiatives.
• You will manage high-voltage switch responsibilities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• You will oversee high-voltage installations in the absence of the main responsible person.
• You will continually explore challenges as opportunities to innovate and achieve superior results in a hands-on environment.
• You will engage in designing and programming solutions as part of the project development process.
  

What are we looking for?

• You have a Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electricity distribution (low and high voltage).
• You possess knowledge of PLC and HMI systems, as well as networking fundamentals.
• You display strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate a team.
• You have experience with various basic energy forms, such as steam, warm water, chilled water, and compressed air. Knowledge of energy conversion processes (CHP, boilers, chillers) is a plus.
• You have the necessary qualifications as a qualified person BA5.
• You have experience as a qualified person for High Voltage (e.g., NEN 3840) or are willing to obtain this certification.
• You pay close attention to safety protocols in all operational tasks.
• You are fluent in Dutch and , and preferably have a basic understanding of French and German.
• You are willing to perform activities across all Belgian sites.
