Job summary

Cobham Satcom is seeking a Project Manager to lead the ERP deployment and drive cross-functional change. The role focuses on implementing MS365 Business Central, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring smooth handover of projects.

You will work across the organisation to enable adoption of new processes and systems, build trust with stakeholders, and push continuous improvement in project management practices from the Cobham Satcom HQ in Kgs. Lyngby.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management experience within business systems, IT, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience leading an ERP implementation project in a small or medium-sized organisation.
• Knowledge of either MS365 BC or FO.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our IT team and lead key business transformation initiatives. Your first and most significant assignment will be the implementation of a new ERP platform (MS365 Business Central). As a newly established role, you will have a unique opportunity to influence how we execute cross-functional projects across the organisation. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subject matter experts, you will play a pivotal role in driving change, ensuring successful system implementations, and building a strong foundation for future transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As our new Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading business-critical projects from initiation through implementation and handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the implementation of our new MS365 Business Central solution across the organisation
• Managing relationships with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners

Ideal Qualifications

We imagine that you are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex system implementation projects and driving organizational change.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• Several years of project management experience within business systems, IT, or digital transformation
• Hands-on experience leading an ERP implementation project in a small or medium-sized organisation. Preferably, you have knowledge of either MS365 BC or FO.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of an organisation
• Experience working closely with external vendors and implementation partners
• Solid understanding of change management principles and a passion for driving adoption of new ways of working
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• A structured and proactive approach to planning, execution, and problem-solving
• The persistence and resilience required to drive projects forward and achieve results in a changing environment

This role will be based at the Cobham Satcom headquarters in Kgs. Lyngby.
